Laurence Blood (ローレンス・ブラッド Rōrensu Buraddo), alternatively spelled "Lawrence Blood" in official materials, is a character from the Fatal Fury series.

History

Laurence is a matador of untold skill; he could easily topple bulls bare-handed. He was once heralded as a legendary hero, but his bull fighting became so violent and ruthless that it ruined his image. His life reached its lowest point when he was banned from bull fighting in his home country. It was at this time that Krauser approached him to be one of his three elite. Laurence happily agreed so as to relive the thrill of fighting.

Personality

Unlike Billy and Axel, Laurence is a brutish fighter who zealously took to his new duties for Krauser. He is devoted to his master, yet fears incurring his wrath. Laurence's new duty only fostered his unsavory blood lust. If he is confident enough in his strength, Laurence will even cut down Krauser in a heartbeat.

• Bullfighting: He's the best matador in Spain and probably in the entire world.
• Swordsmanship: He knows both Italian fencing and French fencing.

Fighting Style

Laurence uses his own interpretation of Bullfighting moves to subdue his enemy. His fighting style is very similar to the Fencing, the French martial art of the Savate and the Basque martial art of the Zipota.
